Reflective Practitioner Group

The Reflective Practitioner Group consists of a collective of like-minded professionals who are driven by a desire to refine and improve practice based on sound academic principles. The group meets on a monthly* basis and aims to support improved practice across the school community through participation in discussion, action research, personal reflection and further reading.

This group welcomes teachers who would like to extend their professional learning journey and who are interested in

  • considering the impact of academic research on classroom practice
  • taking part in topical discussions relating to current national and local educational issues
  • deepening knowledge of key educational issues by reading academic publications
  • making positive change through research projects
  • working towards Masters-Level certification
